I don't know if it's still there, but I loved the Hawaiian Rumble Pancake House in Wildwood, NJ. They even had a volcano on top of the building that "erupts" every so often! They had Hawaiian-inspired breakfast food like pancakes with macademia nuts.

Meola's Ristorante Italiano in Somerset (1135 Easton Ave)

Nice... personable... romantic and yet casual enough to be friendly. The menu is awesome, all the food (and its presentation) is authentic. They use a high quality extra virgin olive oil there that's just beautiful!

Owners are generous... they gave us free cappucinos for being such a "beautiful couple in love!" and remember their patrons visit after visit. One visit and you'll be hooked. Two visits and you'll be a family friend :)
