I'm at college and my brother got "hit" by the Senior girls from his HS and they put window chalk on the house and garage lights.... BLUE chalk on WHITE surfaces. My parents are having a horrible time cleaning it up and I'd really like your help because it's an UNBELIEVABLE mess.... i have pictures if you'd like to see what's really going on. thank you!
