My son's teacher (catholic school) is supposedly mean to all the children. She is frequently in a bad mood (according to my son) and gets fed up with frequent questions. His past 2 years were great, loving every minute. Now, he comes home upset, hates school, etc. This teacher has a history of being strict. Okay, I can deal with strict but why be mean about it? She can't be fired because rumour has it she gives back her salary at the end of the year. Should I tell my son to buck up and take it or should I have a conference with her? I don't want my son turned off school at such a young age. Help!!???

Oh my, When my son was in 2nd grade, he also went to catholic school and had the meanest teacher around. Nobody liked her and she just did not care. She would not take papers from the kids if they had one wrinkle in them, she would say they did not get the paper from her like that and she would not take it back like that.

She was constantly talking bad to and about my son,he was a very active little boy but she made the situation out of control.

I had to go to a parent teacher conference to pick up his report card and she started in talking really bad about my son. I ask her if she had anything nice to say at all about him and she shot me a look and said NO. I told her I was through talking to her, just to give me his report card and I would leave, when she turned around she said, "I see where he gets his attitude from" Before I knew what I was saying I told her nether of us would have an attitude if she was not such a B I T C H. I went to the principle and threatened to cause all kind of problems for them. the principle agreed to refund the whole school years tuition and I put my son in a different school and it worked out quite well. I never regretted taking him out of that school although I did feel bad and felt like I might go to hell for cursing at a nun

I had a mean second grade teacher, she took an instant disliking to me. Everyone in the class but me would be talking and I would be the only one that got into trouble for it. I dropped a pencil on the floor once (completely by accident) and got a weeks detention for it. I came top of the class in all tests, but on my report cards she failed me. My mum and I took my test results and a few witnesses of my behavior during class times to the principal and she actually got fired for how she treated me.

it is your responsibility to record this to the college's administration. instructors are human beings too. If this develop into an remoted incident, you could likely write it off to in elementary words an exceedingly undesirable day. even with each and every thing, you don't understand what else has been occurring in the instructor's existence. yet, as you say, it is going on plenty, the administration needs to understand and they favor to maintain in mind that oldsters understand. possibly the instructor might want to be helped. If that's a real concern, getting out of training might want to be perfect for the youngsters and for the instructor.
