Fantasy Football is where you create a team of real-live NFL players, who play different positions. So you'd have a quarterback, a running back, a couple of wide receivers, et cetera.
Then you get a certain number of points based on how those players perform in their real live games. If a quarterback throws a touchdown, you get six points. If a running back runs for 100 yards in his game, you get a certain number of points (usually 1 point for every 15 rushing yards, so that'd be 6 points). If a receiver catches a pass, you get half a point. If you have defensive players, you get a point for every tackle, a couple of points for an interception by a defensive player, and so on.
Add up all of your points, and add up the points of your opponent (your team goes head to head against an opponent's team), and whoever scores the most fantasy points wins the game.

Fantasy Football is where you and a number of other people, usually 12 people per league, sometimes more, "draft" or pick players from the NFL to form a team. Then, based on how well the players they choose do in real life determines how well each team does. For example if Peyton Manning throws 3 Touch Downs and throws for 400 yards that would be a really good day for your fantasy team cause that would be a lot of points.
You're basically the General Manager of this fantasy team in a fantasy league that is trying to win the title at the end. Some leagues offer big prizes for the winners. Thats the short version, hope it helped some.

You make your own footy team. You get like £135 million to buy a team and manager and then you get points for goals and stuff....Its pretty boring really....
