This is a good question. My boss is very detailed, very repetitive and even though HE KNOWS, I KNOW what I am doing- he feels the need to go over it. Or, MAKE sure I know what I have to do. That is so annoying. I have been here for almost a year.. I have got this down packed. This is him" Hey,, are you getting that done" , " Hey um, did you see that this has to be done" YES!! I see it- YOU SEE it! Relax!! He's also very thorough. I can ask him a simple question.. and he'll want to know all of the backround information. So Irritating!!

I actually love my boss. She has been great to me and has allowed me lots of time off to do other things I needed to do. She sometimes is a bit bossy and I just take it with a grain of salt. if she is wrong about something she always comes back and admits it. Her name is Jane. do you know her?

I have had a few supervisors that were not the best leaders. I have had some terrific supervisors would were & are great leaders. I really think the key is leading and not dictating.Leaders encourage you to work well, dictators demand it.

My last boss had an attitude problem and was disrespectful but she expected you to respect her at all times.

His whistling to himself in my hearing distance when he won't allow me to have a small radio at my desk. I hate whistlers!! I think it's one of the most annoying things a person can do.

I know my employees hate when I am in bad mood because they say I ted to turn it on to them..

Informing us that he is coming into town on a specific day, and then not showing up....or conversely, showing up unannounced.
