Sadly, no. But there are several filters and parental control softwares out there now. They limit sites a kid can go to, who they can talk to, and some even record them in action for you to review later. Look into what is the right choice for you as an individual.

why don't you type into a search engine something like 'for kids' or 'cartoons' then after you have seen it show your kids. Christian content is most often safe for kids.

i dont think so there is. as there are pop-ups and children may just click anywhere they want.

best is to let them play, but with supervision from the adults.
