You may have a total hottie of a boyfriend on your hands. Women are attracted to great-looking guys with great personalities. I have lots of women hitting on my boyfriend, also, but he knows better than to flirt back. I am the type to let him know that people hit on me all the time and I do not give out my number to any guy. I feel that if I didn't know a guy before I met my boyfriend, then any new guy can't be in my circle of friends.
Some women do not respect themselves or other women and do whatever they can to "steal" someone's man. Some women do not know these guys are taken because some guys flirt back, or do not wear their wedding bands. You can't blame the women for all of this! Guys play their part, too!

Don't blame the woman. If the man doesn't want to go, he won't.
Anyway, most men are taken most of the time: there's more women in the world, proportionally speaking.

It's human nature to be atracted to somebody that others find atractive. Not that that makes it cool but it's one of the reasons we are atracted to other people.
