Soo, lemme get this straight...you had a three way with some dudes, and they videotaped the whole thing...and you're concerned about hurting their feelings? This is funny... Well, are you under age? If you're under the legal age for being able to "do the deed" and these guys are over the age, then they can be hit with some pretty tough legal stuff if it gets out. If you are over age...then it's probably circulating on the web as I type that. With this said....just know that you've been imortalized for the rest of your life, and even some of your children's whenever you have them. Soo...don't go off being a politician or anything, just stick with Burger King or Wendys and you should be alright, once you're in a position of power though...it's all over... OH, and as long as they have this and the longer you wait to confront them, the more copies are going to go out, eventually your dad may see them just "browsing" across the internet...and who knows that that will bring to the fire. Good luck with that, hope the gangbang was worth it!

Why not? You can be taped 10 times on your way to the grocery store without consent. Not to mention wiretapped.

Yes. It is a violation of privacy.
A person has the right to control their person and their image. videotaping an individual without their consent violates the person's rights and therefore illegal.
Is it also morally wrong to do that.

I would have to think that it is a violation of privacy in any state. I would advise strongly against such action.

I think that's illegal pretty much anywhere in the US.
