I like to get a rise out of people. I want the look that is so close to laughter and so close to anger, but I want it to teeter in the middle. Any great ideas?

Ok this is really gross..but last year at my college there was a costume contest and this one girl dressed up as a used tampon! (i know disguting but hey, she got 2nd place lol). She had a red sweatshirt w/red sweatpants and a hat with a white string that was on the tip top of the hat and it was really long....haha well have fun whatever you choose.
Oh and another thing this guy did in our neighborhood was he dressed up really scary and sat in a chair in front of his door. He had some lighting shining on him and he acted like a statue (didn't move at all). He had a few jack-o-lanterns filled with candy sitting next to him so my little bro (who I took trick-or-treating) went up to the candy and was about to take some...and the freaked the living **** out of my bro...it was hilarious!!!!! he didn't expect it at all because he thought it was fake lol

Dress like a tampon- All white sweat suit with cotton attached all over and a hat with a long string.
This girl did it when I was in high school and boy did she get a rise out people. Some thought it was funny others thought it was gross. Sounds like what your looking for!

Be a perverted plumber. Make sure your butt crack hangs out. Approach women and ask if you can "fix their plumbing" and see how many dirty looks you get. Get a fake Draino or Liquid Plum-R bottle and shock people by drinking from it all night. Of course, it will really be filled with an adult beverage. Just don't use a real Draino bottle, because the residue is deadly.

A fellow came to one of our parties 1/2 man 1/2 woman, he even grew a real mustache and shaved off 1/2, grew his hair a bit and shaved 1/2, sewed the clothes together.... dress / pants.... boobs / none.
It was very good. Hw walked funny tho - heels / flat boot
