If it was me I would pick Derek, because even though his wife cheating on him, he was willing and "try to work things out,...despite the fact that he fell in love with Meredith.
We all want her to pick Derek, because of the obvious romantic reasons...the boy get the girl kind of thing. The vet is a great catch but, he was late on the picture.

McDreamy hands down. He is the definition of gorgeous and not only that he actually is a cool guy. He has a great sense of humor, he looks like he's a great kisser and awsome in bed. Add to that the fact that he's a well paid surgeon, what's to even think about. The vet is cute and cuddly and all, but Derek looks like he knows how to handle a woman if you know what I mean. His eyes alone... well you know. Imagine lying bed with him looking at you with those eyes, staring a hole right into you as you make love all night. Girl please okay!

HA! My two roommates and I had a huge debate about this last week and we all finally agreed on one conclusion:
Hook up with McDreamy— cause how can you pass that up. But know that he's not ever going to be the guy to bring your roommate lunch.
So have your 6 month fling with Dreamy, then go find your boy-next-door Chris O'Donell type to marry.

I would pick Finn because he is caring and he truely wants to be in a meaningful relationship.Which I think Merideth needs right now. Mc. Dreamy even though Addison cheated on him first he dogged Merideth out and kept on doing that. I don't like the way he has made Merideth feel and she has made a fool of herself over and over because of Derek.

Oh, my goodness. Two hotties fighting it out for my love and who would I choose...? It would be McDreamy, of course. Yeah, the other guy is sweet and he brought food for Izzie after Denny's death, but McDreamy has that street edge to him. He's kind of a bad boy! That makes him very sexy!

she should pick the vet because sheppard is a cheater and once a cheater always a cheater!!! I think they are dragging that storyline out to much and need to just let her pick a guy and move on.....I'm bored with it already

definitely derek ... i think finn is a little weird. i mean, how long has he known her and he's saying that if a ring is involved then he's in. he's too sure too quickly.
