Tools - Options - and type www.yahoo.com in the address bar at the top of the popup window.

Or just click on Make Y! your home page link at the top of this page.

wherever on the yahoo page it says make yahoo homepage there or go to Internet Option on Internet Explorer and there you can change homepage
