You can cause serious problems by overfeeding snakes... As a baby I would feed no more often than once every 7 days. When she gets older and larger you can push it back to every 10-14 days. Also make sure that the prey items are an appropriate size, enough to create a slight bulge, but not a huge one. Generally you'll know a snake is ready to eat again after it defecates.

What is she doing that would make you think she is hungry again? During the summer/hot months they can eat a little more, just use common sense. You don't want you boa to get fat. What is her activity level? Do you take her out and let her get exercise every day? Or does she spend most of her time in her cage? I would wait at least a week between feedings, depending on how big the mice were. Were they full grown mice or fuzzies? If you have had her for a while you should be able to judge her behavior and feeding habits and know when she needs to be fed. That will come with time and experience.

NO. You should only be feeding her every 10-14 days. I recommend getting her on rats as soon as you can, of course appropriate to her head size. Rats have a greater meat content than mice. Sounds like she could have a large fuzzy or very small rat.

Your boa can actually go longer than a week without food. I recommend to feed him once every two weeks, that way you know he's hungry and the mouse isn't going to go to waste. If you try to feed him too soon and he's not hungry, he will kill the mouse and not eat it.

that would not be interior the superb intrest of the snake, you will desire to feed it pinkies each and every 4 or 5 days. the superb element of do is to get a calander and mark off the days you feed and dont feed that way you would be consistant. additionally dont get anxious if the snake dosent take intrest interior the mouse sooner or later because of the fact in specific circumstances they wont prefer to consume good earlier laying off, and it would desire to be extra valuable for you in case you feed them frozen mice yet use tongs (because of the fact as toddlers they are actually not the superb at marksmanship). make constructive that they've a sparkling place to consume to verify thet they wont accidently swallow thier ecosystem like the aspen or newspaper you have down. If she seems to be looking for more it will not hurt her. We usually feed ours 2/3 of their body length and you can tell by the bulge of the food.

It won't hurt her to feed her again, if she will take it. She's still young so try feeding her a smaller mouse and see what happens, but if she eats that one don't feed her for a week or two.
