How to find my site in Search engines?

Question

I have a website that is free (Free Host) , but after i publish, i can't search my website in the search engines. Is there any way out for me to publish my website and to promote my site?

I used frontpage to create the web site.

it doesn't magically appear in search engines you have to submit it to them

They will not accept it if it is a newbie site that is about them only. Think of a subject and write about it. It can take 2 weeks to 6 months or more before they list you.
