God loves all his children, God wouldn't make gay people if he thought it was wrong....its NOT a choice. Did you choose to be straight? I sure as hell didn't. I just am that way. And if I tried really hard to be gay, I couldn't. Once you think about it from your side going in reverse...you see it's not possible.

Oh yeah IT'S NOT IN THE BIBLE!!! TRY READING IT INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO YOUR PASTOR. The original translation of the bible said that "to lie with a man as you would a woman is "socially unacceptable" which was mistranslated into english. Do some research.

I think some people are born gay just like some people are born straight. I think it's not a choice in life, it's who you are and I'm 100% okay with that! With that being said, I feel that no one has the right to tell a person how they should live their life nor judge them except for God. So why don't you let God worry about that -OK!!!=)

Several years ago, a group of scientists announced they found the " Gay Gene" and thus proved that homosexuality was genetic.

Since then, several Named universities have tried to duplicate their findings and to this date, have not found the so called " Gay Gene." Being gay is a choice in your sexual preference. The sad part is that many gay relationships, about 75% end horribly.

For the heterosexual, about 45-5-% of marriages end in divorce. I attended a workshop headed by a respected psychologist in the community and his concern was that if we allow gay marriages, it would not be long before the fringe people, the necrophiliacs, the pedophiles, all want the same rights. The argument is they should have the right to certain " rights" that gays have and they Love their partners too.

I know most call them perverts, but the only real difference between any of them, gays included, is their sexual preference.
Just something to think about.

Well... You are kind of right. God dosent make someone gay. But its not that person's choice either. It comes naturally to a person. Like someone just dosent say Ok so from now on im gonna be gay. You know? Ppl just start noticing an attraction for other people of the same sex.

Hope this answered your question =)

I am firmly convinced that being gay is not a choice. I know a lot of gays that would like very much to be straight but can't. It's wired in, at least most of the time. The exceptions that I've seen are gals that get really badly hurt by a man and choose to become lesbian. I've not heard of that happening with a man but my sample size is small. I'm a straight man with a great girl friend. I get approached occasionally by gay men. My reply: I'm flattered but not interested. They go away.

I think for some it is a choice (of sorts) to be gay. A ploy for attention, a cry for help, a deep psychological problem, or maybe just a way to rebel. I also think that for an equal number it is similar to a birth defect. I think eventually when the human genome is completely mapped scientists will find some sort of genetic marker that predisposes or causes gayness. I have gay friends that say they have known since they were very young that they liked the same sex better than the opposite sex. I also know people that just want to see how deviant they can be. Crazy people don't think they are sick, they think they are the sane ones. That's kind of how I imagine it is like to be gay.

Being gay is not an easy route. Though I only speak as an observer, how likely is it that someone would choose to take such a difficult route through life? We are absolutely born gay or straight and are faced with the trials and tribulations that God throws at us either way.

It is a choice.

You will find that most of these poor people have been molested or they were missing one parent entirely or partially to often or one parent was too overbearing to the other parent.

The psychological community accepted it as okay when a gay psychologist said it was. This was done without debate in the psychological community. So, I do not give Psychology any credence whatsoever. It is a hijacked science.

Very young children are not psychologically equipped to deal with molestations or any other deviation from proper sex rolls in a family, so they are confused and no thanks to the psychological community, do not get any help with their feelings of being gay.

There's a "saying" that those who born after another baby boy, chances of being a gay is high. Meaning after a baby boy, then another boy, the second boy had a higher chance of being a gay.

this is born naturally and also can be a choice to people.

so gays can be born naturallu and can be a choice for them to choose.

You ARE born to it...whether it's obvious at the start or later you realize it. God MAKES homosexuals.........just like God also made serial killers and other things typically viewed as negatives to society. It's the real world, it's not something people choose. And nobody can say how you are raised or what environment you are brought up in has an impact on how you act or what you do later on in life because I for one take NO PART in anything I was surrounded by growing up...(Drugs, drinking, smoking, etc, etc).
