1 part Vodka
2 part Kahlua
add with crushed ice and stir.

It's called a black Russian because Vodka is from Russia and Kalha gives it a dark color.

if you are reffering to the drink than yes. It is 1 1/2 oz vodka and 3/4 oz coffee flavored brandy mixed and over ice. If you are reffering to the skin color i have no idea

It is the same as a White Russian, but with Kaluha (which is like a coffee liquor). Very, very smooth.

Ingredients are heavy cream, vodka, and Kaluha.
