Hollister can be a bit pricey depending on what you think is pricey, but they have a tremendous beachy vibe going on at the store, and in their clothes.

Forever21 is huge and very inexpensive. Try Target, they've had cute stuff latley or a thrift store..you'd be surprised at the things you can find or work with there for just a couple $'s
