I was 5 the last time I pee'd to bed,was dreaming that I got out of bed and went to the bathroom and did got to the bathroom,But about 5 yrs ago I almost wet the bed at my in laws but luckily I woke up in time that I didn't,They would have not let me live that down.

Can't remember, sorry, but it's been at least 2 decades.
I thought I did once while in college, as my sleeping bag was drenched. Turns out the AC broke and dumped all its condensate right on top of me.
