800 numbers are free. Just call the number and they will identify themselves. Then say "sorry, wrong number".

I really like this site because it allows you to do a reverse phone search..you know the number but not the person's name, a reverse address..you have the address but not the person's name or number, and they also let you do a basic search if you know the person's name but nothing else.
