Hi the problem i have is that yesterday i was feeling very sick and couldn't practice for my exam and today i feel better but still cough alot and i can't concentrate on my test tom.. can i still get a doctors note because for grade 9 my teacher says you need a doctors note or you fail, well it's true that i was sick, i'm feeling better now but i want to rest not study for my exam because I still feel pretty bad although my fever is much less. Someone please help me!

note i think my title dragged you the wrong way i wasn't going to fake a doctors note, but i just want to know that if i'm not really really sick but have a little fever and a huge headach and can't practice for my exam will my doctor give me the note

it is really hard to fake a doctors note ... because it would have their stamp.. just go to the doctors ..

Perhaps this is just a convenient excuse to get out of studying for your exam? "Fake" notes are not a good idea and you shouldn't be considering them, ask your mum to take you to see the doctor, thats the only way to get a genuine note and maybe get out of your exam (which you will probably just have to do at another time).

Here is a news flash. You can get a doctor's note for being out sick when you actually GO TO THE DOCTOR and you are sick.

That's up to your doctor-only s/he can answer your question. Also, I wouldn't fake a doctor's note. That's forgery, and practicing medicine without a license-both punishable by prison time!

I'd expect as much from a third grader, certainly not from a ninth grader.
Either see a doctor, or do what you know you have to do.

Have your parents contact the teacher and verify that you have been sick.

it depends on your doctor.....call them and ask..i wouldn't think there would be a problem
