Booze Cake! Make a cake, pour a solution of simple sugar and booze off choice (rum, bourbon, tequila) over it. Add an appropriate icing and viola, BOOZE CAKE!

Most of the time alcohol....I'm on the atkins diet and right now i'm on induction....it's easy giving up the sweets and stuff but not the alcohol on weekends!
