Which file should I use from LimeWire:
- mp3
- mp4
- wav

Whihc one would be compatible with iTunes?
And how would I get the song from LimeWire to iTunes?
I always use iTunes..but they don't have the song I want.

All 3 are compatible with itunes but MP3 is the most widley used and WAV files are usually massive.

You can add the songs into itunes by opening itunes and clicking file, add song to itunes library, then selecting the song from your computer.

Assuming you want to put a song from limewire (which is illegal, btw) to itunes to use on an ipod, the device reads mp3s and mp4s, so once you download them, find out where they are and literally drag them to the itunes window. It also reads wavs, but these tend to be really large and would be best suited to compression to mp3.

Download the song and use itunes to find it in your pc and convert it to the iTunes preffered format (aac file). iTunes will play MP3's but it is technically not an MP3 player it's an aac player.

mp3 is definetly gonna work evverywhere (Ipods, PCs, etc..)
