Chapman is facing extradition to Mexico for wrongfully arresting a fugitive rapist, Max Factor heir Andrew Luster. The 2003 arrest allegedly violated Mexico's anti-bounty-hunting laws.

Along with his son Leland, 29, and unrelated partney Timothy Chapman, 41, the 53-year-old Dog faces charges of illegal detention and conspiracy. The three were arrested on September 14 by U.S. marshals, but were released on $300,000 U.S. bail after spending the night in prison.

anybody of those solutions are incorrect. The FBI and the police officials were no longer "to busy" to bypass after the "Max element" heirer, Bounty searching is illegitimate in Mexico and the legal authorities were following proceedures, The Bounty Hunter develop into no longer yet, taking an risk that others, had performed the paintings on. Dwane Chapmen (the bounty hunter) isn't some thing extra then a "bail jumping" chaser it quite is in extra difficulty then the a number of human beings he chases. Do you reall imagine a Bounty Hnter runs round in black leather complete of jangles and gingles. wearing his hair like a circus well-loved individual, at the same time with his fat spouse and his friends. They make a good circus teach, that's all. i understand added then a number of Bounty hunters in Vegas, they appear to be businessmen, they not in any respect carry guns and they "do not make" arrests, they have the police officials on the scene and the police officials make the arrests. Chapmen has his own historic past that follows him round, like the "Gottis" from the "'Gotti teach" and each and every of the lies they instructed, now A&E could ask question they could't answer to Bounty Hunter. They subsidized Gotti and the lies they instructed, now they're all in detention middle, their resources has been confiscated and they seem a large fluke, Dwane Chapmen will quickly keep on with. through ways, he wasn't released from Mexico, he paid a 1/2 million greenback bail himself and is waiting trial. He develop into also kicked out of Hawaii and a dozen different states, instructed not in any respect to come back again. He won't be able to bypass again to Mexico for breaking each and every of the international regulations. he's a former biker, has performed time for drugs and "promoting, possession" he has his own visit bare. This teach isn't some thing extra then a farce.

He was offered money from a judge to capture Andrew Luster, the son of Max Factor, when Dog couldn't pay his child support. It was his first bounty and what made him so famous. Luster had raped 3 women and escaped to Mexico. Luster was convicted in absentia so he was guilty. Bounty hunting is illegal in Mexico and they won't extradite. When Dog ( and family) went to Mexico and brought back Luster, they broke the law and there has been a warrant out for them ever since. Unfortunately, it caught up with him. It's not fair, Dog is a great man!

Mexican extradition hearing authorities are extraditing Chapman to stand trial for charges related to Chapman's capture of , Andrew Luster heir to the Max Fator fortune and serial rapist, who had been on the run from American authorities in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Bounty hunting is a crime under Mexican law. The Chapmans are accused of not following proper procedure when apprehending Luster due to the fact they refused to hand over Luster to Mexican law officials. The Chapmans each face up to 8 years in Mexican prison if they're covicted on kidnapping charges.

Because 3 years ago he was chancing a rapist and he followed him into Mexico were they apprehended him and brought him back. and the Mexican government considered it kidnapping so they pressured the US to arrest him on kidnapping charges, which is total BS the guy was a serial rapist. they could have kept him in Mexico to rape there women. which I doubt they would have wanted to do
