its about a girl called stacey who was a bit wild to the point where it stressed her father out and he either commited suicide or died from acute stress and she spends the money he left her in his will on booze. She feels bad and guilty later, but its too late,

She feels guilty about it but she doesn't realise that she's not the only one suffering as she seems to have a twin sister (see the vid)
