Weve been to WDW several times in January and youll find little or no waiting. The longest wait time will probably be 10 minutes or so. Fastpasses still apply should youencounter a longer line. Its a great time to go, you can see so many more attractions than at other times of thr year. Enjoy!

January is a great time to visit Disney World. The holiday crowds have gone home and there are typically little to no wait times for rides and other attractions. The weather can be cooler, so plan for a few warmer clothing items like a sweatshirt or hat.

Except the first week or so attendance is nearly dead at Disney. January is actually one of the slowest times of the year. Of course Magic Kingdom will still be the most crowded of all the parks but you won't have the hour+ lines or as many pushy guests in your way. Have fun!

January is a great time to go. keep in mind its a bit chilly, so take a sweater. The water rides may not be a good idea.

but attendance is generally really slow. I have walked on rides with literally no line to only about 100 people in front of me.

But i'd go around January 20th. That last stretch of the month, jan27-feb10-feb20 is the beginnings of spring break!

According to the Walt Disney World website...

"Lowest Attendance:
* January (except New Year's Day) until just prior to Presidents' week in February
* The week following Labor Day until just prior to Thanksgiving week
* The week following Thanksgiving until the week prior to Christmas"

Apparently you're going at a time when the attendance is near its lowest. Have fun!

Its the best time to go. Barely any lines (even for the most popular rides), the temperature is really nice and you don't have to walk around in 90 degree heat, there are barely any small children that cry all the time either because they are back in school.

Sucks at New Years... That is the most crowded time of year...

After about the 4th or 5th the crowds drop to next to nothing and the parks are dead until March or April...
