I had been strugling with acne for quite a while then i started using a botanically based product called arbonne... they were just fantastic... now i use their skin care line ... check them out .... http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com they have masques and exfoliators which will help with those scars and pores ....

It helps to see a dermatologist to find out what the most current options are. I would think peels would be a good start. If you have macules however, I think just time will help heal those

See your doctor. Think about a chemical peel. Only use a recommended person to do it though.

The only thing that helps me are chemical peelings at my dermatologist's. All the other creams are too mild.
