how do you get the cow plant to eat a neighbor on the sims 2 university?

You can build a wall around the cow plant and then when your neighbor comes over, move part of the wall/pen/fence away and step inside there and call your neighbor over to that spot.

Then step your sim out of there and then go back to build mode and put the wall/pen/fence back up. The delicious little cake should pop out and the cow plant will get fed. No babysitting required!

Don't feed the cow plant for a couple of days and it will automatically eat someone when they get near it
