it's perfectly fine, as long as the cramps are not unbearable, and you don't start bleeding heavily. Spotting is normal as well, but you don't want to be passing clots, or bright red blood.

If you're pregnant and experiencing those symptoms, yes, it's quite normal. There are many women who complain about the backaches and the cramps -- more often seeming to be simple pains from the liagments stretching out.

HOWEVER...

If the cramps are abnormally intense, to the point where it's making you double over in pain, or bringing tears to your eyes... Or if either symptom is accompanied with bleeding you should really go in to see your health care provider for an evaluation. It could be a more serious problem.

I would say just watch them, and if they get too bad or progressively, and quickly get worse, go in and have it checked out... Otherwise it's just another one of the quirks that go along with pregnancy.

I f you are worried, get it checked, you can never be too sure about these things. Some cramping is normal around the time of your cycle, back pain is common, but the combination would worry me. I suggest you get it checked ASAP!!

Well you could also check to see if you have a urinary tract infection cause that would cause back pain and might even be the cause of the cramps.

Depends on how far along you are. This is what I experienced in early labor. If you are about at your due date, you may be ready to deliver your lil one! If you are really early, get to the doctor, this could be bad news and you may need medical attention. Hope this helps!

depends on how far along you are... if you are just at the begining of you pregnancy then it should be alright but if you are later in your second trimester or third trimester then is could be a sign of premature labor or labor... then you should see a doctor.

Yes it does depend on how far along you are. Yes it is probably okay. However, that is what your doctor is for. Call her and ask her.
