Are you stressed because you feel you can't control the things in your life? That's usually the underlying reason for stress. If that rings a bell for you then try to organize your life one bit at a time, If you have debts then make a list of them, write down the amount you take home and then your living expenses. See if you can work out a budget then stick to it. You may have to call some credit companies and see if they will work with you, or cut back on some of the things you enjoy, but as time goes on and you see those debts decline and you feel in charge that stress eases. Just be honest when you make out your lists, if you can't be honest then, that will show you that, by not wanting to know, its the source.

That's OK - men have stress too! HAHAHA.
Take it a day at a time. Make goals, figure out your budget, etc. Make today GREAT. And then tomorrow and the next day, etc, and soon, you will have a great month, year, and life! All you can do is do the best you can TODAY.

If worried about finances do something about it. Take advice, research and act. Positive action (rather than being aware but not acting) will reduce your stress levels as you will have done something to help yourself ie something to feel proud of. Lots of sites have information on how to "live below your means".
Also smiling and beer help me.
Best of luck.

Honestly i don't care or think about my problems... If i did it would get me seriously depressed... I live every day as it happens.
Don't worry so much about things... Take a step back and relax for abit... If you let things bother you it will really f**k up your life.
I let other people worry about my problems (although i don't tell people my problems)... This probably won't help you but it helps me... I only care about myself and my family because they are the only people that will care about me.

I say a quick prayer, and help myself realize that not everything is within my power. At the end of the day, I say thanks for having my life, my health, and all of my limbs intact. Usually grounds me quite well, and gives me something to be thankful for and happy about every day.
