Both parties have their share of ethical problems. The Republicans with ethical issues usually resign while the Dem with the ethical issue stay and fight it out.

Because they are always so concerned about other people's morality. It begins to give them a sense that they are somehow above the law. In a nutshell....HYPOCRITES!
