Why buy, when it's so easy to make? Mix green hand dishwashing detergent, coffee grounds, and red food coloring to taste...um, as desired. Or use corn syrup instead of dish detergent for use in your mouth (no soapy aftertaste.) Mix in a little green or blue food coloring in the corn syrup if it's too bright-red.

If you use soap as a base, it's easy to wash off (and out of clothes.) Store-bought blood is a lot harder to wash off--I'd skip it myself.
