am at my wits end. No one has been able to diagnose me yet. I have endometriosis and have had fibroids, cysts and endometrial scar tissue removed recently. I am experiencing horrific pain after my cycle. I have seen SEVERAL doctors, had MRI's DNC's biopsy's, ultrasounds, blood tests and NOTHING has been found. I am in tears as I type this because I am desperate. This pain only comes AFTER my period and lasts for about 5 to 7 days. Pain meds barely work in making the pain subside. I go to the emergency room EVERY MONTH after my cycle. I follow up with my doctor but NOTHING!! As I said before, I have seen several doctors (probably about 12 in the last 2 years) PLEASE if anyone else has experienced this or have been diagnosed PLEASE give me advice. I am going nuts. I can't miss another day of work!! I need help PLEASE!!

Im sorry to hear that. It sounds like you get the same runaround my wife does she has fibroid and pain from them and many other problems. You said you get more pain after you had them removed. My best guess would be that when they removed the fibroids cysts and scar tissue they created more scar tissue for endometriosis to latch on to. The only supplement without horrific side effect we have found has been naprinol or vitalizime sorry maybe i didnt spell right. They are strong enzymes that break down scar tissue and endometriosis they will give you a head ache when you start taking them as they detoxify you. take naprinol with brevail its a good combo. Supplements are pretty expensive but worth it. email is lybarger05@yahoo.com let me know how things go or if you got any questions or answers we would like to hear.

I'm sorry to hear of your pain. Have you finished child bearing? If you have, look into endometrial ablation (specifically NovaSure). In their clinical studies patients actually had a huge reduction in dysmenorrhea (painful bleeding). The NovaSure system is for menorraghia (heavy bleeding), but also aids in painful bleeding. Or you could just get a hysterectomy (I know it sounds harsh, but might be your only option). SOunds like it could also be your endometriosis that is giving you all that pain. I had a friend who als went through that pain but found it was due to endometriosis. Definately discuss with your doctor all the options out there. Sometimes they don't tell you everything!

I am so sorry for your problems.
Ask your doctor to a hysteroscopy in the first part of you cycle. remember that your cycle starts at day one of you period.
I could be ovulation as the first person suggested but without knowing how long your cycle is is would be difficult to hazard a guess it may be worth asking your doctor about adhesions as you have had so much gynae surgery as they can casue discomfort all throughout your cycle.
Good luck!
