yes/no question, how doe hte metamorphosis spell card work?

I'm confused, lets say I have Marie the fallen one, a level five monster and I play metamorphosis, can I summon any fusion monster with 5 stars even if Marie isin't written in the fusion monster card text?

the monster used for metamorphosis, does it have to be written in the fusion monster card

Yes. The fusion on has to have the same same star level as the sacrificed monster.
