Just wondering, who thinks that SmackDown! was definitely the 'A' show back in 2003? I think it definitely was and I'm hoping it gets like that again.

i always thought of smackdown as the 2nd rate show.........if they'd just leave the time n schedule alone,i think it would help

Smackdown was definitely a better show 3 years ago than it is now. It was better for the first few years after it premiered. The caliber of wrestlers have changed for better or worse. Most of the new breed are not as entertaining as The Rock and Stone Cold were. If they can find a couple of entertainers like those two, it will be back on track. So far, on Mr. Kennedy............Kennedy has the mic skills to make it...and he's a great wrestler!

SmackDown was a MUCH better show back in the beginning. I used to write a weekly recap on it for a website and it was always a blast, even if it wasn't quite as good as RAW. But for at least the last year, I haven't even bothered flipping the channel to see who is there and what is going on. I'm hoping that this coming up Monday's RAW will include a roster reshuffling and give SD some much needed oomph.

THE THING IS IN 2003 IT WAS AS GOOD AS NOW BUT IN 2004 AND EARLY AND MID 2005 IT SUCKED BADLY BUT BY NOW ITS AS GOOD AS IT WAS THAN BUT LIKE A PERSON POSTED SMACKDOWN IS SLOWLY GETTING BETTER IT WILL ALWAYS BE A 2ND RATE SHOW BUT IT CAN CATCH UP TO RAW BUT NEVER SURPASS IT.

i miss the birth of tlc matches there were lots of them on smackdown back in the day stupid wwe writers got to lazy to make good stories for smackdown

i think smackdown is getteing better because of Theodore Long he is makeing good matches
