Humans do not control nature. There were hurricanes long before the internal combustion engine. There will be hurricanes forever.

What are you talking about. Do some more research and you will find that our climate goes through shifts, some shifts can last a few years all the way up to a few decades. We will have lots of storms, then a shift will happen and we will have few storms.
