They're cup that you insert into your vagine to catch your flow. Diva cup is one and another is called Kepper. if you do a search you should be able to find them. They're reusable and more natural than tampons. There's also disposable ones called Insteads. I tried those and found they just made a mess but YMMV.

They sell them at Wal-Mart there called" instead, I just started using them a couple a months ago, for the most part I love them, They have pro's and con's. They have a web site that you can check out.
