Take the car for a spin and it will go away, it is from the car sitting and its raining on the rotors!! You can take the rotors off and paint them only where the brake pads don't touch, it will look much cleaner!!

you have to grind them on a special lathe,check with an auto
store for the thickness,it depends on your State.

They will come right off when you have them turned....I guarantee it!
