Sephora is the mecca for all things makeup. I would suggest Urban Decay because they have an awesome variety of "funky" colors. Also MAC has some great pigments. Some are limited addition so if you really like the color...buy more than one. MAC isn't in Sephora, so go to either a Macy's, Bloomingdales, or an actual MAC store.

Go to M.A.C!!!! They sooo many cool colors you will definitely find what you are looking for there. For a neon blue you can try Electric Eel, I've never seen a neon orange there though just regular orange. You can also go to

Try MAC. they have bright colored eyeshadow and liner. and also drugstores and walmart carry the new loreal hip line, they have some very different colors of eyeshadow and other makeup. another brand called urban decay might help you out, i think their website is urbandecay.com

Try MAC. MAC, Macy's usually carries it. They have so many different colors. If you want something kind of cheap, then go for the "Wet 'n' Wild", at any Drug store.

well I bought my red eyeshadows and neon pinks at M.A.C and a place called Faces check out M.A.C or urban decay they have everything there.You won't be able to find any cool colors at a regular drugstore so check out M.A.C

i'm 12 and that i in simple terms began wearing make up. regularly I in simple terms positioned on starting up position to cover up all my pimples. really of blush so I dont seem so light & Lipgloss. different belongings you could positioned on are mascara(for your eyelashes),eyeliner(on your eyelids),eyeshodow(For color), lip liner ( helps once you position on lipstick), and lipstick(on your lips) wish this helps!

When I was younger I woul just use water paint. It has great colors and stays on great!
