There is no sound coming out of the left external speaker of my PC. When I plug in my headphones instead, its' the same - only sound from the right one. Can anyone please tell me what is wrong and howe I can fix it.

Go into your media player settings and check that both channels are at the same volume...
Mono plays one channel in both channels by the way... In mono the left or right channel will play out of both speakers as a single sound source.

It sounds to melike oneof the channels has blown best bet isto buy a newsound cardthey are very cheap £10 will get you a good one yamaha make goodsound cards.

could be something wrong with Ur one speaker......or check the settings.....go to control panel >sounds and audio devices >go to audio and check it...

you probably blew a fuse and are going to have to replace it.
