Please Help! I need to know how long will it kick in to where I have the bowel movements and how long after did you go into labor. Please let me know.

Just try walking and having sex. Thats what I had to do. I couldn't drink that stuff. Take a stroll around the park or the mall.

I tried this and regretted every minute of it. It did not make me go into labor until 2 days later! However it did make my baby have a bowel movement inside me, which can be very dangerous and life threatening to you and your child! I would not suggest this method to anybody! Let it happen naturally.

Oh Gosh! I hope you didn't do it!! I tried castor oil and had nothing except horrible cramps and explosive diarrhea. No labor!!! The baby will come when the baby is ready!!
If you did take it, drink los of water b/c you are about to dehydrate!! Good Luck!

Castor oil to induce labor is a bad idea and can cause harm to the baby. Speak to your doctor about inducing labor....

It`s an old remedy I think its frowned on today...I had Castor oil when I had my eldest son (32) it kicked in pretty quickly...

my friend did that. She did it when she got home and the same night she went into labor. You get bad gas pains though.
