"Wave of Mutilation", by the Pixies. On the studio album they did a relatively upbeat version, but in live shows through the 90s they slowed it way, way down, to a laconic crawl. It's a great improvement on an already great song. Go download a live recording *right now*.

I'd have to say my favorite song of all time is Far Behind- Candlebox. I chose that one because it's been out for over a decade and I still haven't gotten tired of it yet. I love this song!

Heavy D and the Boyz - Got me waiting (The Remix) ...this is one of those few exceptions where the 'regular verison' of the song is upbeat but the remix is a slow version....it's from the early to mid 90's and absolutely I love this song
