I said earlier that I was spotting and yesterday I was 2 days late. I took the clear blue easy last night and it said not pregnant. So I took the stick out of the digital and threw it away. Well I started to bleed a little more now, no cramping or clotting. I just went to dump the trash and the PT test fell out. I picked it up to look at it and I could see a very and I do mean very faint second line. Now I am even more confused, because I am very normal and I have no stress right now, and am not sick. Anybody else like this?

Wait a week and see if you have a normal period. If not, make an appointment with your OB/GYN and get a good exam - no more urine pregnancy tests - they aren't always reliable!

Hunny, don't worry. To be on the safe side I would take another test in about a week if you don't start a full blown period. I have had this same scare and turned out not to be pregnant. You said your not under any stress but if you have had unprotected sex and thinking that you might be pregnant and not wanting to be then you are stressed. Just go on with your normal activity try not to stress yourself too much and see what happens this week.

the packet says to disregard the results after about 10 mins, so once the line comes up that is the result, if you wait or look at the test hours later the liquid in the test has blurred the results. wait another day or two and take another test if you really want to be sure, but read all the instructions properly. good luck!

I do believe the actual test can change with sitting time, but this has nothing to do with you being pregnant. Maybe I just have heard this somewhere but to make sure I would go and buy a First Responce test and try it again. If all else fails, go to your Dr. for a blood test.

If you were bleeding, you might not be pregnant. The change in tests is typical but that is because of how it reacts to air (that is why they package it in plastic). You might want to get another couple of tests and start all over again. Or just go to the doctor.

If anything buy a new test. I don't think it's possible for the result to change hours or days later.

it is normal for the pink line to faintly show up many hours later. To be safe, take another test, but I would say it is negative.
