Well for halloween it has to be scary otherwise its not halloween, it would just be an ordinary fancy dress party!
If youve seen the chucky films go as his wife Tiffany when shes dressed up as a bride, take a date along and he could go as chucky.
You could still look good that way instead of being a witch or something. Its different which is better nobody will probably think of it.

You could do it up in braids and go as a cowgirl.
Maybe get an "updo" and a tiara and go as a beauty queen. You can make a sash that says 'Miss Information' or something like that!
Put your hair in pigtails and go as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz (even though Judy G was a brunette, you can still be Dorothy)
Other ideas: Angel, Lady Godiva (only wear a dress!), a Viking Goddess, Marilyn Monroe.

You could go as a fallen angel, put your hair in pig tails, have your halo pushed to one side, colour the end of your angel wings red, wear bright red lipstick and have your dress pretty short.

Barbie - wicked, and would look totally hot!!!!! Or if your going for the scary look...............How about Jodie Marsh??? She looks pretty scary, specially with those glowing teeth, eye's like piss holes in the snow - and two belts covering her saggy tic tac's!!! lol Think that would be really funny!!!
