Yes, if the urine is TOO clear, they will make you come back and take another test. They'll know that you are trying to clear your system of something. They aren't dumb. If you come back and it's the same watered urine, they can charge you with a probation violation (if that is who is doing the testing.)

Drinking a lot of water dilutes your urine, so if you want a negative drug test, you drink as much water as possible.

If you are trying to hide something that you have taken, then you are **** out of luck - they'll pick it up, no matter how dilute your urine is.
