Yeah, I used to get that in highschool, and the doctor informed me that I was dehydrated and not eating enough. Low blood sugar can trigger those types of symptoms. It's better to go to a doctor and hear some bad news (along with solutions), than it is to live with the worry and symptoms. Go to the doctor. In the meantime, try eating something and see if that helps.

Your best bet is to ask your doctor. Most headaches are nothing serious, but it's better to be safe. Don't put yourself through all the worry of not knowing - you'll only stress yourself out more, which will make your symptoms even worse. Make an appointment, and good luck :)

Definately go see your doctor and describe your symptoms. Try to pinpoint when you are feeling lightheaded and have a good description of the sensation.
Avoiding bad news is not good.
Ask your doctor to OK you for an MRI.

I think you need to see your Doctor.
Not seeing him WILL NOT make the problem go away. IF it is bad news, chances are it can be succesfully treated but the longer you leave any serious health problem, the harder it will be to treat.
I am not familiar with the symptoms you describe but I URGE you to see your DOCTOR - this will put your mind at rest - and who knows, perhaps the worry and stress of NOT knowing is making you feel worse and blowing the whole situation out of proportion.
Good luck.

Have your blood sugar checked. Have your blood pressure checked. Have your iron levels checked. Request a routine CBC & lab work up. Eat regular well balanced meals. Get proper rest. Consider head injuries too. Have CT scan of the head. Best of health and wellness.

Do you drink too much caffeine?
Sometimes, that has something to do with it. My friend was diagnosed, and doctor believes this is why.
Do you eat lunch too late? Or don't have breakfast?

I am also like from time to time, too many late nights and early mornings. I get this from lack of sleep. I would still go and see the doc tho, just to get checked out.

i'll just go ahead and say it for everyone else.. go to the doctor! if it's bad news at least you'll know and can start to heal and won't have to stress and worry about "If" anymore.. but who knows what it could be.. because there are a thousand different things that could cause similar symptoms
