Does anyone else agree that Common is the best lyricist out?

Especially with all the rappers who get on and don't talk about anything! Is Hip-Hop dead?

I don't even know who Common is! The best lyricist ever is Bob Dylan!

Common is one of the best, however there are many more to mention (real hip-hop heads know who I'm talking about). Hip- Hop is not dead. It's made to stay underground instead of lying up on the surface.
