Usually I would say that, since you're a teenager, it's normal for you to have crushes and obsessions on actors. My sister had a huge crush on Ewan McGregor for years. Eventually teenagers grow out of crushes with celebrities when they start talking and dating boys more often in the real world.
However, since you say you have Asperger's Syndrome, you probably have a harder time than most girls in socializing. Therefore, you prefer to cling to the imaginary movie world where you don't have to work at making friends and worry if people will like you or not.
Are you more obssessed with the Anakin character, or the actor who played him?
I am confused though, about your feelings towards the movie. You say you're obssessed with it but are afraid to watch it. Why is that? Are you afraid of watching it because you feel that your obssession will get worse?
Why don't you try throwing away the movie so you won't be tempted to watch it? In the meantime, maybe you can try telling yourself that Star Wars Ep. III is just a movie. It's not real, the people are not real. They are just actors playing a role. Also, try talking to your parents again. If you approach them in a hysterical manner (like how you wrote your question), they may blow you off again and not take you seriously. Approach them in a calm, mature manner and explain to them how you're feeling. If you have been clinically diagnosed with Asperger's, then I presume your family knows about it, and they should understand that your disorder may be what's strengthening what' otherwise a typical teenage crush.
Good luck.

I had very intense obsessions when I was your age, as did my sister. I think it's a normal part of growing up and I wouldn't worry too much about it. It is frustrating when you can't find anyone to share your obsession with though.
And anyway, Anakin Skywalker is hotter than Geonosis in July. I believe that makes you a regular, red-blooded young woman.

Don't ever watch tv again!
Don't go to the movies either!
Or at least wait 5 years. Your system state of mind should go back on the normal.
Find a new hobby. Sewing, knitting, sports, something!

If I was you, I'd fall on my lightsabre.
Seriously, give it a little time, these things usually fade.
If it hasn't in 6 months, you better see a counselor.
