There were many "aspects" to the New Deal. Several governmental entities were created to deal with the impact of the Great Depression. Many were later determined to be unconstitutional. As far as actual impact, the New Deal had very little to do with bringing the country out of the Great Depression. The increased production caused by our entry into World War II caused the economic turnaround which put people back to work, creating economic stimulus, ending the Depression.

the new deal was the start of the welfare system as we know it today, things like unemployment compensation and food stamps, stem from the deal, the gov't offered programs to the less fortunate (many suffering from the depression)
