the story behind the nursery rhyme is that they were caught with commiting adultry & were sent up the hill locked together to get two buckets together. if they could get back down without spilling any they were cleared of the crime.
my guess is that jill gave jack head or a piece...

Jill made Jack beat his meat , until he was about to spew his goo . Jill got up and went down south , and popped it in her mouth , Jill got mad because he had got some on the clothes she wore , after jill was done drinking his come , Jack said you f_c_ing w_ore !
