sounds like a bad kidney infection to me... a round of antibiotics and alot of cranberry juice should fix you right up.

Sounds like a kidney infection - good thing you're going to the doctor today, they can be really nasty if not treated with antibiotics.

Pyelonephritis, it's a kidney infection. I feel for you....I've had bouts with that and it's no fun.
