It comes up so often it gets boring

There should definitely be a section of "frequently answered questions" because I myself have answered that one so many times I am tired of having to answer it again. (If you are interested in my answer, look under my previous Best Answers.)
And there ought to be a Kids' Answers, with why the chicken crossed the road, how much ground a groundhog could hog, and who's tougher Popeye or Chuck Norris.

If you banned all the questions that get asked too much on Yahoo Answers, there wouldn't be that many questions left. Especially if you included the silly and absurd. The simple answer is no. If you don't like a particular question then don't answer it and just scroll on past it on the list. While this question may seem boring to you, there are obviously people out there who want to comment on it. The only content which should be banned here is that which violates the terms of service. Beyond that it is a matter of free speech and expression.
CYNTHIA: Just for clarification, we visited the moon several times during the Apollo program, not just once.

Only if they also ban questions about Pluto. Even more boring. At least the moon landing questions are stupid enough to warrant sarcastic answers.

While I certianly would not want to infringe upon someone's right to free speech, I do give pause to wonder at what point does the same question asked over and over amount to spamming?

No, questions should not be banned. If you think it's boring, then don't answer it. Find a topic that does interest you!

we should ask, why wont they look at the moon landings with that big telocsope called somthing like the hubble teloscope,
if that can see so far into space then it could easy see the moon landing site and discover if it is all lies
